Shortbread House of Edinburgh
Shortbread House of Edinburgh are a company that prides itself on doing things properly.
The result is a range of luxury Scottish shortbread that is genuinely made by hand to ensure that the taste, texture and appearance is far superior to mass produced products. This is achieved by providing their small team of skilled bakers with only the very finest ingredients.
Shortbread House of Edinburgh were in the process of designing a new series of packaging for their recently established Eden Range. They approached me to create a series of new packaging illustrations for this new range. I collaborated with the wonderful and talented folks at Freytag Anderson, who brought all of the design and visualisation wizardry to the project.
My creative intention was to create a range that had a seamless illustration wrapped around both the tins and packaging, so when lined up in store the story continued throughout. The client hoped to reflect this vision of Eden, with animals and human interaction at the forefront of a lush setting. It is always such a pleasure collaborating with such talented creatives.
